End of July Update

Hello friends! I am thrilled to be writing this update to you all. We have moved to our new apartment in Colorado Springs! Thank you all for your encouragement through prayer, gifts, and time. We have been blown away by the response of your generosity and love. 


For the beginning of the fellowship program, we will be doing a 12 month small group called "The Journey" that integrates discipleship/spiritual formation/leadership development and invites participants to a meaningful walk guided by three primary questions: "Who is God?" "Who am I?" and "What does God desire to do through me?" I will also begin my fellowship by taking a seminary course through Thirdmill: "MIN610: Kingdom, Covenants & Canon of the Old Testament"


Also, thanks to your prayers, Katie will begin work as an elementary School SLP in Harrison School District (2) for this school year. Please continue to pray that she will have ministry opportunities through her work while having time to engage in the spiritual formation proponents at EMI.


I will officially begin my work at EMI on August 18th, and we are at about 90% of monthly support! We thank God for your generosity and for believing in us!

October Update Friends and family, I am excited to share my experience in Gabon with you! I am thankful for all of the encouragement that I have heard from you all in preparation and upon return. If possible, I would enjoy talking about my trip with you over the phone to share my experience in more detail and to hear how you are doing personally. Throughout the trip as we witnessed the healing that came from quality medical care and sharing in the vision of the staff, we meditated on "the final restoration all things" (Acts 3:21 NLT).
